Shaune Peebles

Shaune Peebles has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as the Sr. Manager for Customer Success at Docebo since December 2017, overseeing a team dedicated to clients in the UK and France while focusing on client retention and new product adoption. Previous roles include Senior Customer Experience Manager at Docebo, where responsibilities included client advocacy and supporting LMS implementations. Earlier, Shaune worked as Account and Project Manager at Clarity International and as a Content Developer and Instructional Designer for Business English Pod, contributing to a global audience. Teaching English in various roles across Italy and China also showcases significant instructional experience. Shaune holds a Certificate in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design from Mount Royal University and a Diploma in Kinesiology and Sports Studies from Red Deer Polytechnic.
