Jen Jortner Cassidy, CPC, ELI-MP has a diverse and extensive work experience across various companies. Jen is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Oji Life Lab, where they focus on maximizing the benefits of their programs for organizations and learners. Prior to this, they worked at Hone as a Customer Success Enablement Consultant, providing tools, templates, and training support to customer-facing teams during a period of rapid company growth. Jen Jortner Cassidy, CPC, ELI-MP has a diverse education history. Jen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from UMass Boston, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Adult and Organizational Learning from Suffolk University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007.

In 2016 and 2017, Jen attended Lesley University and earned a Graduate Certificate in Mindfulness Studies. Jen also pursued additional education in 2020 and 2021, completing the Inner MBA program at New York University.

Jen further expanded their expertise and skills by acquiring numerous certifications. Jen became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through iPEC Coaching, which they completed in 2023.
