The Role

DocFox is looking for a full time Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for managing the quality of the product. Our QA team is responsible for developing and maintaining processes that ensure that the quality of the product is upheld and that standards are continuously being questioned and raised. You will be working directly with other QA analysts, engineering, and product management to produce the best possible product for our customers across the globe.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Manually testing functionality in a staging environment. This includes testing of individual slices of functionality as well as holistic feature testing.
  • Writing and maintaining automated tests, API tests, etc.
  • Collaborating with the product team on feature specifications and functionality.
  • Reporting, reproducing and documenting bugs.
  • Collaborating with development teams on prioritising bugs and QA issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience working in software quality assurance.
  • Understanding of and experience working with web APIs (SOAP & REST) through tools such as Postman, SOAP UI etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and a “What happens if?” mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
