Lesia Karvatska

Lesia Karvatska has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lesia started their career in 2012 as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at the Ukrainian National Lottery. From there, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner at Horizon Capital. In 2015, they joined Exotic Travel LLC as a Manager for communication with foreign partners.

In 2016, Lesia became the Head of Customer Support and Telemarketing Manager at AutoTrade LLC in the automotive industry. After that, they worked as the Head of Customer Support and Operations Manager for the Kyiv branch at an Internet Company, where they successfully launched a new office and implemented various improvements in support processes and employee training.

Starting in 2020, Lesia held the position of Head of Customer Support at pdfFiller, and more currently, they hold the same position at DocHub. Through their work experience, Lesia has demonstrated their ability to manage teams, improve customer satisfaction, and implement operational efficiencies.

Lesia Karvatska began their education journey by attending Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 1999 to 2005. Lesia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literature with a specialization in English philology. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in International Law and Business at the same university from 2005 to 2010.

In 2019, Lesia enrolled in the Pre-MBA program at MIM-Kyiv Business School, where they focused on Financial Management. Lesia completed this program in 2020.

Lesia also holds several additional certifications. Lesia obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from Scrum Ukraine in April 2020. In 2018, they acquired the Cambridge English Language Assessment Center C2: Proficiency certificate from Grade Education Centre. Two years prior, in 2016, they obtained the Cambridge English Certificate in Advanced English CEFR level C1, again from Grade Education Centre.

Lesia has also completed courses in consecutive interpreting and written translation. Lesia undertook the Consecutive Interpreting Course at the Tris Translation Centre's School of Simultaneous Translation in 2013. In 2011, they completed the Written Translation Course at the same institution.

Lastly, Lesia has a certification in Business English: Advanced, which they obtained from the British Council in May 2010.
