Debora Lacerda

Debora Lacerda has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Debora currently works at Dock as a Product Lead, overseeing the delivery and enhancement of various financial products. Prior to this, they held the role of Financial Products Coordinator at Dotz, where they launched the new Dotz Credit Platform and achieved significant success in generating personal loans in partnership with Credit Fintechs.

Debora's earlier experience includes working at Itaú Unibanco, where they served as a Credit Card Business Consultant, managing co-branded credit card portfolios and developing new products. Additionally, they worked as a Vendor Management Senior Analyst, implementing supplier risk models and contributing to sustainability initiatives.

Debora also gained valuable experience at DHL as a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant, and at Prisma Jr. International Consulting and Investe São Paulo as a director and intern, respectively.

Throughout their career, Debora has demonstrated expertise in product management, financial planning, vendor management, and business development.

Debora Lacerda's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they completed an Advanced Course - Intensive in English Language at Frances King School of English. In 2013 to 2014, Debora pursued an MBA in USP Análise Econômica at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, focusing on Economics. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Product Management from Cursos PM3 in January 2022.
