Gabriel Marculino

Gabriel Marculino has a diverse work experience that started in 2013 at the Instituto Nordeste Cidadania, where they worked as an Aprendiz until 2014. Gabriel then went on to work as a Músico free-lance, performing as a musician and playing instruments such as the Flauta Doce, Trompete, Violão, and Gaita until January 2019. In 2019, they joined Redesoft as a Suporte técnico until October 2019, and then worked as an Administrador de Redes Jr. until March 2021. From March 2021 to June 2023, they worked at Dock as a MONITORING ANALYST I and was later promoted to MONITORING ANALYST II. In April 2023, they transitioned to the role of a Cloud Engineer. During their time at Dock, they were responsible for monitoring assets such as networks, servers, APIs, and microservices using tools like DataDog, Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix, and Slack. Gabriel also actively participated in crisis management and incident resolution, opened and handled tickets through Jira Software, and managed incidents, problems, crises, and changes based on SLAs and KPIs for clients and suppliers.

Gabriel Marculino completed a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Computer Networks from Universidade Estácio de Sá, spanning from 2016 to 2018.
