Iago Caro

Iago Caro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Iago started their career as a Production Engineering Trainee at Pro Junior Bauru in January 2014 and progressed to become the Production Engineering Manager from March 2015 to March 2016. From October 2015 to October 2016, Iago served as the Coordinator at XXII - Encontro de Empresas Juniores da UNESP - ENEJUNESP. Iago then interned at Volvo Construction Equipment as a Logistics Intern from April 2017 to June 2017.

In 2018, Iago worked as an Operations Intern at GRDF from March 2018 to August 2018. Iago then joined Cielo as a Product Intern, where they contributed to sales and performance reports creation and analyzed breakage and replacement indicators from January 2019 to June 2019. Iago was then promoted to the role of Product Analyst at Cielo, where they proposed actions to reduce maintenance costs from July 2019 to October 2019.

Iago joined TOTVS as a Sales Operations Analyst in October 2019 and transitioned to the role of a Sales Operations Specialist from April 2021 to August 2021. Currently, they are working at Dock as a Tech Operations Specialist / Ops Performance from August 2021, and later took on the role of Operations Lead starting from April 2022.

Iago Caro began their education in 2013 at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they pursued a degree in Engenharia de Produção. Iago completed their studies at the university in 2018. In 2017 and 2018, Iago attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes et de l'Innovation (ENSGSI) to obtain a Master's degree in Management d'Innovation et du Design Industriel.

In addition to their formal education, Iago has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the training program in Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt at Voitto Treinamento e Desenvolvimento. In the same year, they also completed the training program in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt at the same institution. In 2015, Iago received certification in Simulação com ProModel from UNESP - Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho". In 2014, they obtained certification in Excel Avançado from Pro Junior Bauru, and in 2013, they obtained certification in Excel Básico, also from Pro Junior Bauru.
