Jéssica Paiva

Jéssica Paiva has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked at Braspress Transportes Urgentes as an Assistant ADM Tráfego Rodoviário until 2014. Jéssica then transitioned to the role of Analyst de Suporte Técnico until 2015 and later became an Analyst de Negócios e Processos TI until 2017 in the same company. In 2018, Jéssica joined Trust as a Business Analyst Sr. | Product Owner - Emissão Cartões, where they were responsible for performing Scrum events, acting as a Product Owner, and defining product priorities, MVP, roadmap, and releases. Jéssica also worked at Braspress Transportes Urgentes as a Coordenadora de Projetos e Serviços EDI - TI. In 2019, Jéssica joined SmartBank as a Business Analyst | Product Owner - Meios de Pagamento. Most recently, they started working at Dock in 2020, and they currently hold the position of Tech Product Owner.

In 2018, Jéssica Paiva enrolled in Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho again and completed an MBA in Software Engineering, specializing in Information Technology. Jéssica studied at the university for one year, completing their degree in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Jéssica Paiva has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they obtained the ITIL V3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. The following year, in 2019, they obtained the DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC) from CertiProf™ and the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf™.

Jéssica Paiva continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by earning the Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in 2020 and the Kanban Foundation certification from the Kanban Institute in the same year.

Most recently, in 2021, Jéssica Paiva obtained the PSPO I certification from Scrum.org.
