Thaianna Silva

Thaianna Silva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thaianna is currently working at Dock as an IT Project Specialist, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Provi as a Customer Success Specialist from October 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they were a Customer Success Manager Specialist and Key Account Senior at Provi, starting in January 2021 and ending in September 2021.

Thaianna also has experience with Bradesco, where they worked as a Corporate Relationship Manager from August 2020 to January 2021, and as an Assistant Manager from October 2018 to August 2020. Thaianna began their career at Bradesco as an Intern in March 2017 and ended in June 2018.

In addition, Thaianna has worked as an internal consultant at SUPERA Parque in January 2017, where they were involved in overseeing the business plans of pre-incubated, incubated, and resident startups. Thaianna also participated in delivering the 1st Empreende Course, a entrepreneurship program.

Before their professional experience, Thaianna was a member of the Buddy & Housing team at iTeam from August 2016 to January 2017. Thaianna was also an Aluno Pesquisador at CNPq from August 2015 to August 2016, where they conducted research on the use of spreadsheets in business education.

Thaianna's early experience includes being a Monitora de Contabilidade Custos at the Universidade de São Paulo from August 2015 to December 2015. Thaianna also served as a Project Manager at AIESEC from February 2014 to January 2015, where they facilitated personal and professional development programs for students.

Thaianna Silva completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Controlling from Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade de Ribeirão Preto from 2014 to 2018. Thaianna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Data Science from Univesp Oficial from 2020 to 2021, specializing in Administration and Computer Management/Information Technology. In 2016, Thaianna participated in an Academic Exchange program at FEUC - Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra, focusing on Economics. Thaianna also obtained a certification in CPA-20 from ANBIMA in September 2019. Prior to their college education, Thaianna completed a Technical degree in Administration from Etec Pedro Ferreira Alves from 2011 to 2012.
