Lara Marul

Lara Marul has a diverse work experience in communications, marketing, and culture analysis. Lara most recently worked as a Culture Analyst SR at Docket Brasil starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Communication e People Analyst at XP Inc. from January 2022. Before that, Lara held the position of Communications & People Specialist at Ustore from December 2020 to January 2022. Lara also worked as a Marketing & Communication Analyst at Lucco Fit / Pratí from July 2020 to December 2020. Earlier in their career, Lara worked as a Communication & Marketing Analyst at Wirecard Brasil from August 2019 to February 2020, and as a Communication & Marketing Analyst Jr from January 2018 to August 2019. Lara began their career as a Communication & Marketing Intern at Moip Pagamentos from March 2017 to December 2017, and as a Relations and Project Intern at B2 from January 2016 to October 2016.

Lara Marul earned a Master's degree in Business Transmedia Communication from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations at Faculdade Cásper Líbero, from 2015 to 2018. In 2020, Lara also took a course on Branding at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing titled "Branding: como pensar e construir marcas no século 21." Additionally, in the same year, they attended a Branding program at Brandster | Branding School.
