Whanderson Costa has had extensive work experience in customer success and operations roles. Whanderson began their career as an Aprendiz at Fortes Tecnologia in March 2017, where they gained foundational experience in customer service. Whanderson then worked as an Auxiliar de atendimento ao cliente, where they provided general customer support and addressed inquiries about products and services. Additionally, they were responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and managing a distance learning platform.

In July 2021, Whanderson joined Boavista Tecnologia as a Customer Success Analyst - Pleno.
