Jay McGrath

Jay McGrath is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Dockyard Capital Management. Prior to joining Dockyard, Jay was the Vice President of Finance at Benefit Street Partners. He previously spent nine years at the Harvard Management Company, ultimately as Vice President of Finance & Investment Operations where he was responsible for supporting the internally managed hedge fund platform. Jay began his career at State Street Corporation in Boston. He holds a BS in Finance from Providence College.
