Raquel Montero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Raquel started their career at City Self-Storage in 2005, where they held various positions including Inside Sales, Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, and eventually Regional Sales Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Buyer on a freelance basis at 2121 Barcelona. In 2016, Raquel joined MarketStar as the EMEA MM SDR Team Manager at Trend Micro before moving to Dropbox Business as the EMEA SMB Inbound Sales Manager and later transitioning to the role of EMEA & LATAM SMB Outbound Sales Manager. In 2018, they became the Regional Sales Manager for EMEA & LATAM NN Inbound & Outbound at Dropbox Business, and in 2019, they became the Twitter, EMEA Program Operations Manager at MarketStar. Raquel joined Personio in 2020 as the Sales Operations and Enablement Manager in the GTM Strategy & Operations team. Raquel was later promoted to the role of Strategic Program Manager, where they played a key role in driving business growth through the development of GTM Strategies and overseeing cross-functional communication and collaboration on strategic initiatives. Raquel currently works at DocPlanner as the Head of Sales, a position they have held since October 2023.

Raquel Montero's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from La Salle BCN and a Master in International Management and Technology Innovation (MBA) from Universitat Ramon Llull, both completed between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in American Business from Saint Mary's College of California in 2012.
