Joelle Hanson-Baiden

Joelle Hanson-Baiden has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and writing industries. Joelle started their career in 2018 as a Nursery Assistant at JBD Recruitment, where they worked until October 2021. In 2019, they also worked as a Nursery Assistant at Fennies Nurseries for a year.

In 2021, Joelle transitioned to a career in medical writing. Joelle worked as a Life Science Writer at AZoNetwork from September 2021 onwards. Later in the same year, they joined Doctify as a Medical Content Writer in December 2021. Additionally, they also worked as a Content Writer at Spiela from December 2021 to July 2022.

Joelle continued to pursue their passion for writing in the healthcare field by taking up freelance work. Since February 2023, they have been working as a Freelance Health Writer at AgeGroup. Overall, Joelle has strong experience in healthcare, specifically in medical writing, and has demonstrated their expertise in various roles throughout their career.

Joelle Hanson-Baiden completed their BSc (Hons) degree in Cognitive Neuroscience & Psychology at The University of Manchester from 2017 to 2021. Joelle then pursued a MSc in Advanced Neuroimaging at UCL from 2022 to 2024. In addition, they obtained an Enhanced DBS certification from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) in July 2018.
