Syed Naymul Islam Shakil

Syed Naymul Islam Shakil has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance and microfinance. Their most recent role is as a Software QA Engineer at Media 365 Limited (DocTime), where they conduct manual and automation testing for DocTime, an online telemedicine web and app service in Bangladesh. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Jr. SQA Engineer at TMSS ICT, where they performed manual testing for a web-based application developed for internal needs. Additionally, they served as a Software Support Engineer for TMSS, where they implemented microfinance software and trained new users on its operation and development skills. Their responsibilities also included analyzing microfinance formulas in collaboration with the business development team.

Syed Naymul Islam Shakil completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangladesh University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Technology from Feni Computer Institute between 2012 and 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Syed Naymul Islam Shakil has obtained several certifications.
