Eleni Perefanou

Eleni Perefanou is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support and quality improvement. Currently serving as the Quality Improvement Team Manager at DOCTOLIB since December 2019, Eleni has also held positions as Product Support Team Lead, Product Support Consultant Level 3, and Doctor & Patient Experience Consultant in the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Support Specialist at PayPal from August 2018 to December 2019 and as Assistenz der Geschäftsführung/ Kundendienstleitung at bestyledberlin Fashion Online from June 2012 to August 2018. Eleni's early career includes a role as an archaeologist at the Deutsches Archäologisches Institut in July 2013. Eleni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Klassische Archäologie from Freie Universität Berlin (2009-2013) and is currently pursuing further education at FernUniversität in Hagen and Freie Universität Berlin.
