Omar Lara

Omar Lara has extensive experience in product expertise and customer support, currently serving as a Product Expert Senior at Doctoralia since March 2019, with previous roles including Product Expert Jr., Customer Support for Mexico and LATAM, and Customer Success Specialist. Prior to Doctoralia, Omar worked at Cabify from July 2016 to April 2019 as an Excellence Associate. Omar holds a degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, completed between 2014 and 2020.
