Paul Straszak

Paul Straszak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labour relations and negotiations. Currently serving as the Chief Negotiator and Executive Director of Negotiations at Doctors of BC since September 2012, Paul has previously held significant leadership roles, including President and CEO of the Public Sector Employers' Council for the Government of British Columbia. Additional roles include Associate Deputy Minister of Labour and Assistant Deputy Minister of the Employee Relations Division within the Government of BC. Prior to these positions, Paul worked as Director of Labour Relations for CN Rail/BC Rail and held executive roles at Low Costco and Air Canada, as well as serving as Manager of Labour Relations for Canada Post Corporation. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from McGill University and a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from Carleton University.
