Document Crunch is seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our amazing and tight-knit team. Specializing in email marketing, HubSpot campaign administration, and SEO strategies, this individual will play a key role in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based in one of our company hub locations; Atlanta, Austin, Houston or on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & HubSpot Management:

  • Design, write, build, and deploy engaging and creative email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture sales leads through our marketing automation system (HubSpot).
  • Lead the landing page and email development and execution of our creative marketing campaigns by aligning prospect audiences to the right messaging tracks.
  • Collaborate with content marketing, product marketing, and sales and customer success teams to deliver personalized and compelling email content to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Develop lead capture, nurture, client retention, and other active drip campaigns to grow our database and move leads through the funnel.
  • Manage email database segmentation and optimization for automated sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and deliver marketing reporting, dashboards, and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all program assets and data management programs adhere to CASL, GDPR, and local email laws.

SEO and Paid Media:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Optimize website content, meta-tags, and on-page elements for improved search engine performance.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO metrics, website traffic, and keyword research to continuously optimize SEO efforts.
  • Manage PPC campaigns to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting B2B audiences across social media and industry-specific media channels.
