Jim has been involved in the business machine industry for over 41 years, starting as a service tech for typewriters and adding machines in the early days. He worked his way up to service manager, then sales manager and business owner, supporting and guiding his customers through the sales process of deciding on the most cost-effective solution for their business. Today, Jim is the Customer Advocate for Document Solutions and has been able to draw on his years of experience to know what is important to our customers and respond to their issues and concerns in a prompt, courteous and understanding way in an effort to remediate any problems. Customer support and total satisfaction is the primary commitment at Document Solutions.
