Janeile Fredericksen

Janeile Fredericksen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner in Product Engineering at DocuSign since September 2022, Janeile has held several key positions at Ecolab, including HR Compensation Manager and roles in Human Resources Management for both Commercial Sales and Supply Chain Manufacturing. Prior to Ecolab, Janeile worked at Travelers as an HR Operations Representative and began a career in human resources at Karla Mitchell State Farm, LLC, and Wells Fargo. Janeile holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
