Nadzeya Shedava

Nadzeya Shedava is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development projects. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at DocuSign since January 2024, Nadzeya previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at AstrumU®, where engagement in a critical project involved ensuring team adherence to customer objectives and integration requirements. Nadzeya's tenure at EPAM Systems from April 2011 to May 2021 included significant contributions across multiple roles, such as completing a new application to replace a legacy system, collaborating with design teams to create standardized components, and leading the refactoring of an AngularJS application to enhance performance. Nadzeya began a career in software engineering after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies Software from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2007 to 2012.
