Viktoriya Krislata

Viktoriya Krislata has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Viktoriya currently works as a Team Lead HR at DocuSketch, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Technical Recruiter, responsible for building relationships with clients, implementing talent acquisition strategies, and filling vacancies of different levels, including senior positions. Viktoriya also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Parimatch Belarus, where they screened resumes, conducted interviews, and onboarded new employees. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter at SPAR International and as a Recruitment Specialist at Recruiting Agency "Status" where they were involved in various recruitment tasks such as posting vacancies, conducting interviews, and maintaining databases.

Viktoriya Krislata studied Audiovisual journalism at Belarusian State University from 2015 to 2020, earning a Bachelor's degree. Viktoriya also obtained a certification in IT HR from the institution "Academy BELHARD" in 2020.
