Melissa Crescencio has over 20 years of experience in customer service, account management, and new business. Melissa began their career in 1995 as an Account Executive at DeBrito Propaganda. In this role, they were responsible for prospecting clients, developing promotional campaigns, and creating budgets. Melissa was also responsible for the development of promotional campaigns for brands such as Duchas Corona, Daihatsu, and UNICSUL. In 1997, they moved to Made in Brazil Propaganda where they were an Account Executive. In this role, they were responsible for verifying customer needs through briefings, planning, and presenting promotional campaigns. Finally, in 2022, they moved to Ipsion Soluciones as an Account Executive and Docuten as a Customer Success Manager. At Ipsion Soluciones, they were responsible for helping customers improve their work through ControLand. At Docuten, they were responsible for helping customers become "paperless" through digitalization of administrative processes.
