Mike Mioduski has extensive experience in customer experience and operations. Mike began their career in 2003 as a Staff Consultant at Navigant Consulting. In 2005, they took on roles as a Business Systems Analyst at ScriptSave, an Application System Analyst at the University of Arizona, and Director of Application Development at SubscribeCast. In 2006, they joined Intuit as a Support and Sales Analyst, Global Customer Care Manager, and Sr. Partner Relationship Manager. In 2012, they moved to Coventry Health Care as a Sr. Business Analyst Consultant. In 2013, they returned to Intuit as a Principal Customer Experience Leader for the Accountant Segment and Billing, Quickbooks Online Advanced, and Customer Experience Leader for the Accountant & E2E Solutions BSA Leader. In 2022, they joined Docyt as the Vice President of Global Operations and Director of Customer Success.

Mike Mioduski attended Arizona State University from 1997 to 2001 and then the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems.
