Barbora Bradáčová has a diverse work experience in the fields of talent acquisition, recruitment, and internal communication. Barbora started their career at GoodCall as a Talent Sourcer, where they were responsible for identifying and engaging passive talent through innovative sourcing methods. Barbora later progressed to become a Senior Talent Sourcer and then a Recruiter, managing the entire recruitment process for clients in the media and real estate industries.
In 2018, Barbora joined PwC Česká republika as a Graduate Recruitment Lead, where they formulated and executed strategies for recruiting graduates across all business units. Barbora also developed relationships with hiring managers and presented selected candidates.
Currently, Barbora serves as the Head of Group Talent Acquisition & Development & Internal Communication at DODO, where they focus on performance management. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing performance appraisal systems, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Barbora Bradáčová earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Prague University of Economics and Business in 2016. Barbora then pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications in mentoring for professionals from Femme Palette in November 2023, and in recruitment from Recruitment Academy in previous years.
