David Barrow

David Barrow, CPM has a diverse work experience in various industries. David began their career in 1998 as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the United States Air Force, where they served until 2003. Following their military service, David joined CBRE | Richmond in 2003 as an Associate Director, Asset Services, a role they held until 2018. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing assets and providing comprehensive services to clients. In 2018, David joined Dodson Companies as the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, where they oversaw property management, brokerage, lease administration, and maintenance. Currently, David is the Owner of Fidelis Enterprises, LLC, a company that provides local support to commercial real estate owners and property managers across various US markets. With their extensive background and expertise, David has consistently demonstrated their ability to provide superior customer service and enhance property management capabilities.

David Barrow, CPM holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Alabama, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. David has also obtained the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License from the Virginia Department of Professional Occupational Regulation in November 2003.
