Madeline Barrows

Madeline grew up in Williamsburg, VA. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Business Administration, and has lived in Richmond for the past 10 years. Madeline has been with DPM since March 2019 as the Head of HR leading recruitment, employee benefits and compensation, process improvement and development, along with employee training and engagement. Madeline's HR experience stems from Restrictive Covenant and Contract Management, Strategic Planning, Immigration, Corporate Relocation, Executive and Commercial Talent Acquisition and HR employee relations.
