Melissa Nuñez, MHRM, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Regional HR Director of North America at deugro since July 2024. Concurrently, Melissa holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Doggett - John Deere, where responsibilities include managing onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and policy enforcement. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional Human Resources Manager at TAS Concrete Construction, LLC, and Human Resources Business Partner at Orion Marine Group, among others. Melissa possesses an academic background with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Administration from the University of Houston-Downtown.
