Dilan Unver

Dilan Unver has had three work experiences, starting with a role as a Software Support Specialist at Asyaport Liman A.Ş. from March 2016 to April 2017. In this role, they analyzed customer needs, assisted clients, and worked on integration projects. They also implemented a mobile maintenance module.

Following this, Dilan worked as an Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation Consultant at IFS Türkiye from May 2017 to June 2021. They worked on ERP implementation projects for various companies, analyzed end-to-end processes, and successfully implemented modules. Additionally, they taught an ERP Lab class for six months at a university in Turkey.

Currently, Dilan is employed at Doğuş Teknoloji as a Business Analyst. They started in July 2021 and are involved in the business analysis of the after-sales services module of a software program used by the Turkish distributor of vehicle brands. They are focused on completing the integration process, particularly with vehicle manufacturers, using web service or soap. They recently transitioned to a Senior Business Analyst role in September 2022.

Dilan Unver completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Arel University from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Muratlı Anadolu Lisesi from 2006 to 2010, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Currently, Dilan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at Anadolu University, starting in 2019.

In addition to their educational background, Dilan has obtained various certifications. They completed the "Agile Project Management" course from Google in March 2023 and the "İş Analizi Esasları" course from LinkedIn in March 2023. They also completed the "Machine Learning for All" course from Coursera in January 2022 and obtained the "Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator" certification from IBM in December 2021. Prior to that, in July 2021, Dilan obtained the "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner" certification from IBM. Lastly, in February 2017, Dilan completed the "Query Database with SQL Server 2019" course from BT Akademi.
