Julia Wille

Julia Wille has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Julia began their career at Philip Morris International in 2009, working as a Clerk Sales Field Force Coordination and later as an Executive HR Services until 2012. In 2013, they returned to the same company as an Executive HR Services in the Project Commercial Organization. Julia then worked at ESCADA in 2015, focusing on HR Recruitment. In 2016, Julia joined Verlagsgruppe Random House GmbH as a Junior HR Business Partner, responsible for Personalbetreuung. After that, they worked at thjnk as an HR Business Partner from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Münchner Bank as an HR Business Partner until 2020. Julia then moved to Avantgarde Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH, where they served as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2020 to 2021. Their most recent role is at DOJO, where they are currently the Senior HR Manager and also holds the position of Head of People & Talent since 2022.

Julia Wille completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Education & Managements from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued Industriekauffrau training at Philip Morris International. In 2020, they enrolled in HR Akademie to obtain a degree in systemischer Business Coach, which is still ongoing.

Apart from their formal education, Julia has also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they obtained the certification of systemischer Business Coach from Deutscher Verband für Coaching und Training (dvct) e.V. In 2013, they earned the certification "Personal Aktuell" from Poko-Institut. In 2012, they received the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Philip Morris International. Julia also holds various other certifications, including "Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsgesetz für Fortgeschrittene" from Haufe Akademie GmbH & Co. KG in 2011, "Ausbildungskonzeption von der Einstellung bis zur Übernahme" from IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern in 2011, "Grundwissen zum Arbeit- und Betriebsverfassungsgesetz" from Haufe Akademie GmbH & Co.
