Javier Foncillas

Javier Foncillas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as VP Global Commercial Partnerships and Sales at Dolby Laboratories since September 2012, Javier is responsible for managing global relationships with partners and customers in the Consumer Entertainment space. Previous roles include VP of Commercial Partnerships Europe, Sr Regional Director for Western Europe, and founder of Pocket Widget, a technology company focused on mobile applications. Javier's background also includes significant leadership positions at Vodafone Group, Vizzavi, and Airtel, where responsibilities spanned branded content, product marketing, and business development. Javier holds an MBA in Finance and Operations and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
