Gisella Lagares

Gisella Lagares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business applications. Currently serving as a Business Application Manager at Dole plc since April 2017, Gisella has previously held roles as an Implementation Consultant. Prior to Dole, Gisella worked at IT Patagonia S.A. from May 2015 to February 2017 as a Technology Leader for the Replenishment project, focusing on system migration. Between October 2007 and April 2015, Gisella was a Developer/System Analyst at Covedisa, where responsibilities included implementing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX ERP. Early career experience includes working as a Software Developer and System Analyst at Sistemat from January 2005 to October 2007, where significant contributions included developing and maintaining a key application and creating its user manual. Gisella holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer System Analysis and Systems Engineering from Universidad Abierta Interamericana, completed in 2013.
