Kevin Baird

Kevin Baird has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kevin is currently the Director of Compliance Operations at Dollar Loan Center. Before that, they worked as a Knowledge Manager at Made Renovation, where they developed and implemented a Knowledge Management strategy for the Contact Center. Kevin also served as a Podcast Host for Wake Up Colorado Podcast. Prior to that, they worked at Nordstrom in multiple roles, including Senior Business Analyst, Senior Program Manager, and Senior Implementation Analyst. At Nordstrom, they managed audits, oversaw the customer support Knowledge Base, and led various improvement initiatives. Before joining Nordstrom, they worked at Capital One in Operations Management, where they focused on change management and fraud mitigation. Kevin also has experience in Risk Management at HSBC and worked at Farmers Insurance as part of the Baird Insurance Agency. Overall, Kevin has a strong background in compliance, knowledge management, program management, and operations analysis.

Kevin Baird's education history includes attending Chemeketa Community College from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Business Management. In 2001, Kevin also attended the Andean Center for Latin American Studies (ACLAS) for a brief period to study Spanish Language and Literature.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received a certification in Business Process Management from Capital One. In 2018, Kevin completed the Excel 2016 Essential Training course through LinkedIn. Continuing their professional development, Kevin obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2019, followed by a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in the same year. Most recently, in 2020, Kevin obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
