Duncan Schloss

Duncan Schloss is the current Director of Human Resources at Dollar Tree Stores. Prior to their current role, Duncan held similar positions at Chico's FAS Inc. and Pier 1 Imports, where Duncan led HR for supply chain operations and distribution centers. With over two decades of experience in various HR roles, Duncan has a strong background in managing remote HR teams and has been recognized with multiple awards for their leadership and innovation. Duncan holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
