Valerie Leclair

Valerie Leclair, Eng. has extensive experience in IT service management and application development within the retail sector, currently serving as Manager of IT Service Management at Dollarama L.P. since 2017, and holding several managerial roles focused on point of sale and service solutions. Prior to Dollarama, Valerie excelled as a Client Representative at IBM where a 129% achievement of a $6M annual quota was realized through effective sales strategies for a diverse portfolio. Experience also includes roles as a Logistics Analyst at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions which resulted in a 40% reduction in non-conformity, and earlier positions at Pratt & Whitney Canada and Sandoz that focused on optimizing logistics and transportation processes.
