Rossmary Hernandez

Rossmary Hernandez is a seasoned professional in the field of telecommunications and technical support with extensive experience in network management and customer service. Currently serving as Technical Support Sr Lead at Dollarcity since September 2023, Rossmary previously held the role of Global Network Manager at TELUS International Central America for seven years, where responsibilities included global network installations, major project management, and staff development. Progressing through various positions at TELUS, including Senior Network Engineer and Jr. Network Admin, Rossmary contributed to the maintenance and security of global network infrastructures. Prior experience includes quality auditing for Tigo El Salvador and customer service in cellular technical support at Teleperformance.
