Sarah Harper

Sarah Harper has worked in the retail industry since 1997. Sarah began their career as a Store Manager at Red Eye in 1997. In 2000, they were promoted to Store Manager at Anchor Blue Retail Group, where they were responsible for leading a sales-focused team and grooming employees for promotions. In 2009, they were promoted to District Manager at Anchor Blue, Inc. and later that same year, they were promoted to Retail Operations Manager at Anchor Blue, Inc. where they developed, designed, executed, and oversaw corporate and store programs. In 2012, they joined Harbor Freight Tools as a Store Experience Senior Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team that created and edited clear and effective communications and training tools for store initiatives. In 2021, they joined Dolly Inc. as a Director of Retail Operations and was later promoted to Senior Manager of Retail Operations.

Sarah Harper attended the University of Arizona from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Psychology. Sarah is currently attending Pierce College, where they are studying American Sign Language (ASL).
