Pablo Peña has been working in the financial services industry since 1992. Pablo started at HEB as an ATM Account Specialist III, where they were responsible for performing operational support duties for over 270 ATMs. In 2013, they joined Cardtronics as an Account Manager, where they managed a fleet of over two thousand ATMs for Retail Customers and was the single point of contact for each client. Additionally, they were responsible for day to day operations, customer communication, and the administration of planning, execution, and documentation of moves, adds changes, and customer reporting. Pablo later moved into the role of Financial Services Account Manager, where they provided single point of contact for multiple Bank Branding clients to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery excellence. In 2020, they joined Dolphin Debit Access as a Client Services Specialist.

Pablo Peña completed a Master of Arts - MA in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word between 2008 and 2018. Additionally, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Instructional Technology from the University of the Incarnate Word between 2004 and 2008.
