Jennifer Haines is the Owner and Co-Founder of DOMA, with experience in various pivotal roles in human resources and management. Previously, Jennifer held positions including Vice President of Human Resources, Executive Director of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources at Bridges MN and Northstar Behavioral Health. Jennifer's extensive background also includes leadership roles at Sam's Club, Chandler Industries, and Air Serv Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from managing HR teams to overseeing compliance with HR regulations. Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources - Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of St. Thomas.
