Pete Chiappetta

Pete Chiappetta is Director – Investments at Domain Capital Advisors LLC, a SEC registered investment adviser and a subsidiary of Domain Capital Group. Mr. Chiappetta is responsible for the development and management of the firm’s entertainment strategy. He sources, underwrites, diligences, and structures new alternative investments and has managed over $2.5 billion of commitments on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. Chiappetta began his career working for Warner Music Group and then in various capacities in the television industry for nearly five years. Then, he worked for a venture capital firm that provided financing to venture capital back companies where he gained exposure to credit analyses and underwriting.

Before Domain, Mr. Chiappetta worked for PwC’s Financial Instruments, Structured Products, and Real Estate group. There, he built new processes for valuation, evaluated complex ABS waterfalls, and modeled esoteric credit investments. In addition, Mr. Chiappetta served on teams that supported new ABS issuances, evaluating collateral quality and credit. Mr. Chiappetta leveraged his technical ability to work across a wide range of assets including credit card receivables, private label and agency RMBS, equipment leases, insurance products, corporate debt, and more.

During his time with Domain, Mr. Chiappetta has been actively involved in various capacities in billions of dollars’ worth of transactions across a wide variety of asset classes and investment structures. While having broad investment experience, Mr. Chiappetta’s focus has been the entertainment and media industry and private credit opportunities.

Mr. Chiappetta has his B.S. in Communications with a specialization in the Entertainment industry from Emerson College and his M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
