Martin Ducharme

Martin Ducharme has extensive experience in golf management and hospitality, currently serving as Vice President of Golf at Domaine Château-Bromont since February 2014 and President of the Association des clubs de golf du Québec. Martin has a strong focus on enhancing the profession of golf club management and supporting fellow association members. Previous roles include General Manager at Golf Saint-Césaire in 2013, Director of Restoration at Auberge Château-Bromont in 2012, and General Manager at Golf Château Bromont from 2009 to 2012, where Martin emphasized innovation, customer trust, and team unity to elevate golf operations. Additionally, Martin was General Manager at Golf Le Rocher de Roxton Pond from 2003 to 2009.
