Carmina Micelli

Carmina Micelli is an experienced scientist currently serving as Senior Scientist II at Domainex since November 2021, following the role of Senior Scientist I. Prior experience includes working as a Research Scientist in Protein Crystallography at Syngenta from October 2019 to September 2021. Carmina has also held visiting student positions at the Institute for Research in Biomedicine, focusing on the structural characterization of the putative channel protein ComEC, and at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, studying histone deacetylases. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Life Sciences from the University of Warwick, attained between 2015 and 2019, and a Master’s Degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, completed from 2010 to 2013.
