David Wells

David Wells is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in shareholder representation and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Shareholder Representative at ekaterra and Domestic & General since July 2022 and December 2013 respectively, David also holds the position of Director at CVC Capital Partners since September 2009. Additionally, David contributed as a Shareholder Representative for Sky Betting & Gaming from March 2015 to May 2018 and worked at OC&C Strategy Consultants as an Engagement Manager from March 2006 to August 2009. David Wells holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
