Laura Leak

Laura Leak is an experienced Service Management Consultant with a strong background in Service Design, Transition, and Business Transformation across various industries. Currently serving as a Service Management Consultant at Foxcroft Consultancy Ltd since February 2012, Laura Leak has contributed to major business change programmes and ITIL expertise in senior positions. As the Service Design and Transition Manager at Domestic & General since October 2017, responsibilities include influencing service design to meet operational requirements.
