Fred Nowotarski

Fred Nowotarski, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources. Fred currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Dometic, where they lead HR functions for a manufacturing site including labor relations, talent management, and full cycle recruitment. Prior to their current role, Fred worked as a Human Resources Business Partner on contract at AmeriGas.

Fred also has a strong background in the manufacturing industry. Fred worked at Reading Truck Group as both a Human Resources Manager and a Talent Acquisition Manager, supporting multiple sites and providing talent solutions to senior leadership. Additionally, Fred served as a Human Resources Consultant at Reading Truck Group and was responsible for interim HR management.

Before joining Reading Truck Group, Fred worked at Global Advanced Metals as a Human Resources Generalist and Associate. Fred gained experience in benefits, compensation, and employee investigations during their time there.

Fred's earlier work experience includes roles as a Personal Assistant/Life Manager as a volunteer and as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Supportive Concepts for Families. In these positions, they oversaw HR functions such as benefits, employee discipline, recruiting, and policy/procedure review.

Fred began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at ACCS, where they provided tactical support for a large workforce across various HR disciplines including FMLA, benefits enrollment, and employee relations.

Fred Nowotarski, SPHR completed a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) degree in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University in 2009. Fred also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Go-Lean-Six Training & Consulting, obtained in 2018. Furthermore, Fred Nowotarski obtained their SPHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2018.
