Janine Waite Cphr

Janine Waite CPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Janine currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Dometic Marine, where they oversee various aspects of mobile living solutions. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Tree Island Steel, where they managed a large team and was responsible for manufacturing wire products. Janine also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Edgewater Casino and as the Senior Human Resources Manager at COBS Bread. Earlier in their career, they worked at THE BODY SHOP CANADA in various HR roles, including as a Generalist and a National Learning & Development Consultant. Overall, Janine has a strong background in HR leadership and has worked in a variety of industries throughout their career.

Janine Waite CPHR, SHRM-SCP has an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University which they obtained in 2012. Janine also has an HR Certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in Human Resources, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. In addition, they have a Training & Development Certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University which they obtained in 1998. Janine Waite is also a Charted Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) awarded by CPHR BC & Yukon in 2011. Janine has completed various professional development programs in increasing organizational capability to manage change and leadership development offered by BC HRMA in 2006 and 2005 respectively.
