Morgan Pratt

Morgan is the Chief of Staff at DominionTech. She has her bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Business Management from Northern VT University. She oversees the recruitment & hiring process, employee benefits, vendor, and operations management, and assists in some new business & marketing efforts. Morgan’s previous HR and leadership experience stem from the health care & benefits arena for the prior 8 years, and prior to that in the community non-profit world. Morgan has enjoyed seeing VT-based companies thrive and grow in an ever-changing environment.
