Paula Hall

Paula Hall is currently the Vice President of Asset Management at Dominium. Paula has over 20 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Ms. Hall has a proven track record in successfully executing asset management and preservation strategies.

Ms. Hall began their career in 1989 as the Assistant Director of Presbyterian Homes and Housing. In October 1989, they became the Property and Troubled Assets Manager for National Housing Partnership (NHP). Paula then went on to become Vice President, Director of Operations for WNC Management, Inc. from October 1997-September 2002. For the next 11 years, Paula served as Vice President- Preservation Asset Management for WNC & Associates until November 2013.

Ms. Hall’s extensive experience and knowledge in the affordable housing industry makes their an excellent asset to Dominium. Under their leadership, Dominium will continue to provide quality homes for those who need it most.

Paula Hall reports to Paul Sween, Board Member & Senior Managing Partner. They work with Armand Brachman - Board Member & Partner, Owen Metz - VP & Project Partner, and Tim Allen - Partner, CFO & EVP.
