Angelo Bresci

Senior Director, Support Engineering at Domino Data Lab

Angelo Bresci has extensive work experience in the field of technical support and customer service. Angelo started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Pets.com in 1999. Angelo then worked as a Platinum Services Consultant at Keynote Systems from 2000 to 2003. After that, they joined Open Harbor as a Support Specialist II from 2003 to 2004.

In 2005, Bresci joined JasperSoft Corporation as a Senior Support Engineer and later became a Support Operations Manager and Technical Lead from 2006 to 2007. Angelo then moved to MuleSoft as a US Support Lead from 2007 to 2008, and later became the Manager of Technical Support Services from 2008 to 2009.

Bresci then worked at GT Nexus as a Senior Manager of Customer Service Operations from 2009 to 2010.
